“Know My Name”: every reference in the Worlds 2026 anthem videoKT Rolster were the story of Sunday, taking down league leaders Hanwha Life 2-1 to move to 11-3 and lock in sole possession of second place. The result avenged their round-one defeat to HLE and pulled them clear of the chasing pack.
For Hanwha Life, the loss not only ended an eleven-match winning streak but also stopped them from setting a new franchise record. It is the second time in two years that KT have been the team to put a stop to HLE's run at eleven — they did exactly the same in 2025. Both sides are already through to the Legends Group for rounds three and four regardless of the result.

There was also a personal milestone for KT jungler Moon "Cuzz" Woo-chan, who hit 401 career LCK game wins to become only the third jungler in league history to clear the 400 mark. HLE support Yoo "Delight" Hwan-joong also crossed the 300-win mark with Friday's win over DPlus KIA.
Saturday's marquee fixture went the way of T1, who beat Gen.G 2-1 to climb to 10-4 — their first regular-season win over their rivals in 10 months.
Gen.G stole game one on a surprise mid Rumble pick T1 could not contain. The second game ran to 50 minutes and 13 seconds, with T1 finally levelling the series off a decisive Elder Drake fight. They carried that momentum into game three to close out the BO3 (best-of-three).
The win pushed T1 to four in a row and tightened the top of the standings dramatically. HLE (12-2), KT (11-3), T1 and Gen.G (both 10-4) are now separated by a single win, with T1 ahead of Gen.G on game differential.
The week's third broken streak belonged to Hanjin BRION, whose attempt at a franchise-first sixth straight win was denied by Kiwoom DRX in a 2-1 loss on Sunday.
BRION had set a club record only days earlier by beating DN SOOPers
The defeat leaves BRION at 6-8, just short of fifth-placed Dplus Kia, but with their grip on sixth — and a place in the LCK Road to MSI — intact. Considering they opened the season on a six-series losing skid before reeling off five straight, the bounce-back is the bigger headline. A brutal run-in is waiting, though: DPlus KIA, T1, Gen.G and HLE all remain on their schedule.
