KT Rolster extend Bdd and PerfecT through 2028

KT Rolster have extended the contracts of Gwak "Bdd" Bo-seong and Lee "PerfecT" Seung-min until 2028. The organisation announced both deals on Thursday on their social channels, asking fans to back the two players at the upcoming Demacia Cup Knockout Stage and during the 2027 season.

Bdd first played for KT in 2019 and returned in 2023, and has been the fixed point of every roster since. PerfecT came through KT's academy system and was promoted from the Challengers squad for the 2024 season. Together they went from missing Worlds in 2024 to reaching the final in 2025, where KT lost 3-2 to T1.

The deals land after an unstable year in the bot lane. Kim "Aiming" Ha-ram was traded to Kiwoom DRX in July following an internal conflict, and KT tried Park "FenRir" Kang-jun before settling on Jung "Jiwoo" Ji-woo. KT have answered with a strong statement — their two best players are locked in until 2028, and the line-up will be built around them. Jungler Moon "Cuzz" Woo-chan is under contract until 2027.

That stability was missing in 2026. KT opened the LCK regular season by beating T1 and Gen.G in the first week, but could not hold that level and failed to qualify for Worlds a year after playing the final.

They are now at the Demacia Cup Global Invitational, the tournament for teams that missed Worlds. KT beat Shopify Rebellion in Round 1 and swept RED Canids 2-0 in Round 2, becoming one of the first three teams to reach the Knockout Stage.
