Sofm after play-ins exit: “We had absolutely no laning advantage against KC”Worlds 2026 Play-Ins: Our Team of the StageThe move lands on a roster that looked quite good on paper — and finished near the bottom. DN SOOPers signed the Worlds 2025 finalist KT bot lane, Seo "Deokdam" Dae-gil and Jeong "Peter" Yoon-su, over the off-season, two of the standout performers of that run. The LCK Cup gave early reasons for optimism, with a run to the playoffs. The main season then fell apart. They ran up a 30-game losing streak — the worst in LCK history. They closed Rounds 1-2 at 1-17 — one series win in a split that collapsed.
Sharvel, 18, came up entirely through Dplus KIA's system, moving from the academy to the Challengers side. He is rated among the strongest junglers in the LCK CL, and he arrives in form — DK Challengers sit second in the league on a 13-5 record, and they won the Asia Masters 2026, beating T1 Esports Academy 3-1 in the final.
But Sharvel is no stranger to the LCK. He already has one start to his name — Dplus KIA fielded him in place of Choi "Lucid" Yong-hyeok against Kiwoom DRX, and DK took the series 2-1.
